About Bilal
Bilal started CalorieCalculatorTDEE.com because he wanted calorie tools that load fast, work on any phone and explain their numbers in plain words, without sign-ups or pop-ups.
Every calculator here is built on published formulas, such as the Mifflin–St Jeor equation for metabolism, the ACSM equations for walking and running, and the Compendium of Physical Activities for exercise. The guides draw on official sources like the USDA, the WHO and the NHS, and are updated when the guidance changes.
Bilal is not a doctor or dietitian, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, please speak to a professional.
